  1. Service Cancellation by Client

    • If you wish to cancel any ongoing service, you must provide written notice to ZAPmediatech at least 20 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this period may result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle.
    • For one-time services or projects, cancellation is allowed only if the service has not yet commenced. Once work has started, cancellations may be subject to a fee covering the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  2. Service Cancellation by Zapmediatech

    • ZapMediaTech reserves the right to cancel or terminate any service agreement if the client fails to comply with the terms of the agreement, including payment terms. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
    • We may also cancel services if unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to deliver the service. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are only available for services where no work has been initiated. If you request a refund before any work has started, you will be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
    • For services that have already commenced, refunds will be issued at the discretion of ZapMediaTech, based on the percentage of work completed and the amount paid.
  2. Non-Refundable Services

    • Certain services, such as consultation fees, setup fees, and digital products, are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
    • Any promotional services or discounted packages are non-refundable.
  3. Refund Request Process

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@zapmediatech.com with your order details and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 days.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds

  • In cases where only a portion of the service has been completed, a partial refund may be issued. The amount of the refund will be based on the work completed, minus any applicable fees.

Disputes and Chargebacks

  • If you have any concerns or issues with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension of services and additional fees.
